Library VPN: Remote access to UC Davis Library resources

To find out how to access UC Davis Library licensed resources from off-campus:

Instructions for downloading VPN software onto your computer are included.  There is also a VPN app for mobile devices.


    UC-eLinks: How do I get the article? (1 minute)

    UC-eLinks provides access to full-text articles and books from within UC Davis Library databases.  

    When immediate electronic access is not available, UC-eLinks directs you to a menu of options for ordering articles.

    For off-campus access, or when using campus guest wifi networks, you must be logged onto the Library VPN in order to use UC-eLinks.

    Getting to full-text articles in PubMed using UC-eLinks

    • the Library VPN for remote access to library resources; and
    • UC-eLinks icons to find full-text articles in PubMed.
